The paper is dedicated to the comprehension of market and state interaction while organizing the modern Russian society. The weak and potent aspects of organizing market mechanism have been shown and the role of state in the consolidation of market position has been determined from the politological point of view. The formation features of society organization of modern Russia have been examined, the conflict interaction vectors of market and state, and main regulating technologies for the constantly arising conflict between the market and state have been defined.

On classical theories of multiculturalism and tolerance

The paper considers the classical theory of multiculturalism formulated by the founder of this philosophic conception Ch. Taylor, the American multiculturalism and multicultural citizenship theory of W. Kymlicka and the tolerance theory of M. Walzer. The author analyzes the main categories of this philosophical school of thought, its merits and demerits which are reflected in the practice of multiculturalism as a policy and ideology.
